Architectural

The covenants of the homes within Eagle Ridge require the establishment of an Architectural Committee.

The Architectural Committee members review applications by owners to add decks, sheds, etc., or otherwise alter their property; work with certain owners to ensure compliance; and hold hearings on violations of the covenants and architectural standards.
