
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Home Owners’ Association. The Board consists of 5 members with staggered terms. The officers of the Board are elected by the members of the association. Elections are held yearly at the Annual Meeting of the Membership. The BOD holds monthly meetings which consist of due process hearings, appeals, reviewing of financials, reviewing contracts, revising architectural guidelines, receiving developer updates (when applicable), listening to resident issues (when included on the agenda), reviewing the management report. The BOD is the responsible unit to act on behalf of the Association with regards to community contracts, which include such items as landscaping companies, and pool companies.
The Eagle Ridge Board of Directors has a fiduciary responsibility to uphold the Bylaws and Covenants of the neighborhood, and to keep residents’ personal accounts private. They are available to residents if there’s any issues or comments that a resident wishes to share.
