Covenant Enforcement

The Covenant Enforcement Committee is charged with helping to enforce the Covenants set forth in the Eagle Ridge Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

This five-member committee works cooperatively with our Management Company to ensure that enforcement takes place in a timely and consistent manner. Committee members serve at the pleasure of the Eagle Ridge Board of Directors and exercises reasonable judgment when citing violations, as directed by the Board.
