Grounds & Beautification

Goal/Objective/Responsibility:

   Provide recommendations to the BOD on issues dealing with improvements to the grounds and the beautification of the Eagle Ridge Community.

Scope of Authority/Responsibility::

   1. Schedule meetings and assign task as deemed necessary to attain committee goal/objective.

   2. Produce a written activity report to the BOD by the 1st day of January, April, July, and October.

   3. Provide a written request to Talis Management for any annual budget requests no later September 10.

   4. Produce a newsletter article for newsletter.

   5. Activities for committee consideration:

      i. "Yard of the Month"

      ii. "Holiday House"

   6. Monitor grounds contractual activities and advise Talis Management of any problems.

   7. Monitor and advise Talis Management when unsightly conditions exist on undeveloped lots or occupied properties.

   8. Advise Talis Management of Covenant violations when observed or when reported to the committee.
